Static & Dance Trapeze – Intermediate
Take your trapeze skills up a notch! Learn the more advanced rolls and drops, and learn to put together new and improved sequences.
Pre-Requisites: We need our trapeze monkeys strong so pre-requisites include 3 pull up- pull overs and at least 5 hanging leg lifts.
What to wear: Please come to class with your knees covered and a leotard or shirt that can be tucked in. Be excited! It’s time for some seriously trapeze-y business.
Wednesdays: 5 – 7pm
Cost: $30
Max: 8 people per class
About the instructor: Cassie hails from sunny LA specializing in Dance Trapeze, Hand Balancing, Hand to Hand and Acro/Tumbling. She will be teaching at ECTA until the end of May so be sure to book your classes with her today!
