There is sparkle in your eyes – you’ve been enchanted by an ever-stunning aerial acrobatic performance, haven’t you?
Well, good news: we have a class for you.
A blend of a physical and creative exercise, cardiovascular endurance and yogic flexibility, aerial is an art that is a challenge for even the most skilled of skilled. Which is why we all love it.
Dance or no dance background, upper body strength or not – this is the class for you, the curious and striving beginner.
We will build strength, gain flexibility, dabble in something new, and have a blast doing it. Come try the basics of any or all of the following apparatus, as determined by the instructor: static trapeze, hoop (lyra), rope (corde lisse), and silk (fabric/tissu).
Warm-up, stretch, practice circus technique and form, try out different apparatus and new tricks, and meet new friends!
