Course Description
Grab those socks and don’t forget your water bottle! You’re going to need them for this 2-hour Trampoline Boot Camp. Start with a 10- minute cardio warm up, followed by a 20-minute flexibility course, then head to the trampoline for an hour. With floor stations to keep your body moving in between turns, there’s no stopping here! Finish up with 20 minutes of conditioning and a 10-minute cool down. These activities will be timed and will keep your tramp skills looking sharp!
