Static & Dance Trapeze – All Levels

New to aerial? Or already know your way around the sky? Come learn to roll and spin your way around the trapeze! In this class, you will learn poses, drops, sequences, and flips while gaining the strength and flexibility to make it all look easy.

Static Trapeze is fixed by two points, while Dance Trapeze is hung by a single point that spins. We’ll get a chance to explore both, so be ready for some new tricks!

What to wear: Make sure the backs of your knees are covered. Please wear a leotard or a shirt you can tuck in.

Mondays: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturdays: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Cost: $30

Max: 8 people per class
