Handstands & Hand to Hand Introduction

It’s time to learn all of the handstands! In this class, you will learn the proper technique for holding those elusive handstands, as well as learning basic partner acrobatic tricks. We will cover lots of handstand conditioning and partner up to find counter balances and lifts as well as group tricks. No experience required, just be prepared to trust a little and laugh a lot!
