Hang Tough Workshop
Sundays: 2:30pm-3:30pm
Description: This class is designed to whip your grip strength into shape quickly and effectively by doing all those hard conditioning exercises you love to hate (and love to put off)! This class makes a perfect supplement to your other ECTA classes and will have you hanging tough in no time!
Max 10 students / Min 1 student (if 1 student, class is 30 minutes, 2-max, class is 1 hour)

Fixed Cloud Swing Workshop
Sunday: 3:30-5:30
Description:
This workshop is designed for students of all levels looking to try cloud swing. Students are encouraged to bring their knowledge of other fixed apparatuses to this workshop, as there are many similarities and transferable skills. Students will explore basic movements and transitions between tricks as well as research ways in which to find your own style of movement.
4 Student Max / 1 Student min (with 1 student, class is 1 hr, with 2-3 students class is 1.5 hours, 4 students 2 hours)

Dynamic Cloud Swing Workshop
Monday: 4:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesday: 5:00pm-7:00pm
Description:
1 – be able to climb a 6 foot rope
2 – have a minimum of 3 months aerial training
3 – bring a water bottle, socks, and wear full lenght tights
Intro to Acro & Handstands
Friday: 4:30pm-6:00pm
Description: This class is designed for those who have little to no experience and want to learn the basics of acrobatics and handstands. Students will develop strength, flexibility and coordination in a fun, and encouraging environment.
Vertical Rope – Open Level
Friday: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Description: This class is designed for anyone who is new to, intermediate or advanced in aerial rope. We will cover basic technique, skills and transitions for each student’s individual level. If you’re interested in learning new skills, refining skills you already have, or working to sequence skills together, then this class is for you.
