This workshop is designed to integrate ground choreography and how to connect ground to rope.  We will also work on dynamic skills such as brushing on technique of the pirouette and other release skills.

Basic wraps required to know and to perform: hip-key, same side wrap (catchers lock), opposite side wrap, s-lock.  Must be able to hold a one arm hang on one side.  Must be able to straddle climb at least twice. Must be able to do a meathook at least to one side.  Is familiar with flat beats and break beats.  Also must be ok with a little bit of spinning.
