Wanna get strong? Sometimes called the “Art of Conditioning,” aerial straps will build muscles you didn’t know you had. We will cover basic wraps, inversions and body positions. This class will have a heavy focus on shoulder stability and mobility. You will have the chance to spin and swing as part of an intense circuit-style workout. Long sleeves and wrist coverings highly encouraged.
Pre-requisite: Must be 16 years or older
