Dance With Character
Struggling to truly “let yourself go” onstage? Feeling self-conscious and need to connect with your audience? Stuck in a rut of using the same combos and patterns over and over? This workshop is about letting go of the tricks and finding confidence in your dance. We’ll deepen our connections to music, to audience, and to ourselves through solo and partner exercises, tag team improvisation, and music exploration. Prepare to have your brain challenged as much as your body! This workshop is appropriate for all levels of pole.

Signature Spin Pole Combos
Gird your elbows for battle. In this workshop, Laura will break down her signature spinning pole combinations to help you achieve dazzling inverted and upright sequences with control and grace. We will cover the technique of the tricks themselves, as well as the spinning pole technique necessary to keep the sequences fluid and controlled. This workshop is high intermediate to advanced level and taught on spinning pole; it’s best suited for students who are comfortable inverting aerially and holding leg hangs on spin. You will need skin for this workshop.
