Shay Williamson has taken on the pole community with ambition and grit. She is the owner of Kairos Fitness, a successful pole and aerial studio in Ogden Utah; and the owner of Dew Point Pole, a premium grip aid for pole and aerial performers. She is also the founder of Aerialympics, a pole and aerial competition. Shay has an extensive background in dance. She is a certified personal trainer, and an experienced pole, aerial, and flexibility instructor.

Level 1: Learn the proper and safe ways to enter and train basic handsprings. This class requires a basic invert and butterfly, preferably extended butterfly unassisted. Shoulder mounts and brass monkeys strongly recommended but not required.
– All Things Handsprings – Level 2 – Jan. 31st, 2019 – 7:30pm ($65.00)
Level 2: In this class we will work on spinning, aerial, and dead lift handsprings; along with some of your favorite handspring variations such as: Pegasus, phoenix, meat hook drops, reverse ayesha, and more. This class requires a solid true grip and twisted grip handspring unassisted. Cup grip, brass monkey, and aerial inverts and shoulder mounts strongly recommended for this class. Having a dead lift is not required!
– Signature Floor Flow – Jan 30, 2019 – 6:00pm ($65.00)
Basic understanding of intermediate pole will be helpful, but not required. Shay’s identifiable style includes floor flow and dance. Learn some of her favorite flows on the bottom half of the pole. Knee pads and layers suggested.
– Transitions – Intermediate + Levels – Jan 30, 2019 – 7:30pm ($65.00)
The hardest part of the routine – making it seem effortless looking. Learn how to listen to your body and transition seamlessly from sequence to sequence. This class is best for levels intermediate and up.
– Exit Strategy – Feb. 3rd, 2019 – 3:00pm ($55.00)
Now you have the moves…sooooo how do you get out of them? Shay will show you graceful, smooth exits out of moves such as spatchcock, bat wing, and other nemesis moves that leaves you in an interesting position.
