This class is intended for students looking to move up a level in pole and will break down how to condition/train many of your bucket list pole moves (handspring deadlift, iron-x, brass monkey press-up, pole handstand). It will be a mixed level class with drills best suited to your needs, whether you are working towards your first invert or seeking that elusive iron-x.
This Autumn, we have several exciting changes happening! All changes start November 1st except Level 2 Pole!
Level 1 Rope Class at 11:30am – 1:00pm on Saturdays with Deon
Level 3/4 Rope Class at 4:30pm – 6:30pm on Thursdays with Terry
All Levels Straps Conditioning at 11:30am – 1:00pm on Saturdays with Tiffany
Advanced Pole Level 4 with Beau will move from Saturdays to Thursdays at 6:30pm – 8:00pm
