IDEA

The School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts acknowledges that we work, meet, play, and circus on the occupied territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, and specifically the Dxʷdəwʔabš (Duwamish Tribe). This acknowledgment brings awareness to our histories as settlers and is a preliminary step in disrupting settler-colonial violence against Indigenous Peoples.

SANCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Federal Tax ID# 20-0300045. Established in 2004, SANCA serves youth and families with a highly innovative array of circus arts programs. The mission of the School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts (SANCA) is to improve the mental, emotional, and physical health of children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities by engaging them in the joyous creativity of acrobatics and circus arts.
