Venue Rental Rate

You won’t find another rental venue in Seattle quite like ours! Located in the historic SODO district of Seattle, Emerald City Trapeze Arts boasts nearly 20,000 square feet of functional, flexible and visually stunning gathering space. With a rustic charm all its own, the beautiful post and beam interior transforms from its day-to-day school format into a dazzling event setting. We host holiday parties, product launches, corporate events, and weddings!

    • Rental Rate: $5900 (Includes Venue, Flying Trapeze Show, & World Class Theatrical A/V systems)
    • Special Weekday Rate: Monday to Wednesday, 10am to 3pm: $3000 | 4pm – 10pm: $4500
    • Rates valid on new bookings after January 18, 2018.

The following is included in the venue rental rate:

      • Rental of venue for 9 continuous hours
      • Flying Trapeze Show or Net Down Option
      • 16 Cocktail Tables
      • Complimentary tour of venue prior to booking
      • Viewing balcony with available bar
      • Includes use of 600 square foot stage
      • Professional sound system and wireless microphones
      • Professional light design and ambient lighting
      • Audio/video/lighting technicians and ability to do projection
      • Ability to host food trucks and all other licensed caterers
      • Parking available for select guests in our small lot
      • Professional security staff at entrance
      • Optional: Fully staffed coat check ($50/hour)

Imagine flying trapeze artists in full costume, aerial artists suspended above your event, and circus performers entertaining your guests. Our performers come from world-class athletic backgrounds and will leave your guests speechless.

  • Aerial Ambience: $1450 (3 artists) / $1850 (5 artists)
    Includes 3 or 5 professional aerial artists in full costume and makeup for 1 hour of performance on alternating apparatus.
  • Join the Circus – Unlimited Flying Trapeze $750 / hour
    Invite your guests to face their fears, overcome obstacles, and soar to new heights, by adding on an optional activity package.

    Pay only for what is consumed.

All Bar Packages
Packages are subject to a 20% service charge and Washington State Sales Tax.
Bartenders are $30/hour.
Packages include 4 hours of service, recyclable bar/non-glassware, napkins, stir-sticks, ice, water stations, use of 16 cocktail tables (linens and centerpieces not included).

**Cash bar is also available for all events.

**Alcoholic Bar Packages are not available for Prom Packages.
