Located in the historic SODO district of Seattle, Emerald City Trapeze Arts boasts nearly 20,000 square feet of functional, flexible, and visually stunning gathering space. With a rustic charm all its own, the beautiful post and beam interior transforms from its day-to-day school format into a dazzling setting for conferences, corporate parties, or weddings.
In addition to our two, separate, ground-level spaces, clients are captivated by our unique, rough-hewn wood mezzanine balcony, overlooking the main floor and spacious 600-square-foot performance stage.

Rates & Spaces
Emerald City Trapeze offers a wide range of packages to bring your event to life. With several different spaces and optional add-ons such as trapeze and aerial performances, bar service, and custom lighting and design, the possibilities are endless.
All Rentals Include:
- Access to a world-class, unique, historic venue
- Complimentary tour prior to booking
- An on-site venue representative for the duration of your event
- Microphone for toasts and ability to connect an iPod/Phone for music
- One lighting look for the space
- Four gender-neutral restrooms
- Eight parking spots (+100 additional available at $5 each)
- Heat, WiFi, and waste bins
- ADA accessibility (excluding the balcony and stage)
- Optional performers, customization, and other add-ons (see below for more details)
Main Space: A-Side + Balcony
In addition to the amenities that come with all rentals, this option includes:
- Exclusive access to viewing balcony, mezzanine bar, and main bar
- Professional 600-square-foot stage
- Standard white lighting + string lights under the balconies
- Room for ~250 seated / 600 cocktail-style

- Morning Rate (8:00am – 2:00pm) – $5100
- Evening Rate (Sunday – Wednesday) (3:00pm – midnight) – $5100

In addition to the amenities that come with all rentals, this option includes:
- Use of mobile bar with the selection of one of our bar packages

- Morning Rate (8:00am – 2:00pm) – $3100
- Evening Rate (Sunday – Wednesday | 3:00pm – midnight) – $3100
- Peak Evening Rate (Thursday – Saturday) (3:00pm – midnight) – $3900
Full Venue: A-Side + Balcony + B-Side Aerial Studio

Food Trucks and Outside Catering
Whether you are imagining a food truck feast or you want to bring in dishes from your favorite restaurant, you are welcome to use any licensed catering company you’d like*.
*$1800 release fee applies (includes basic event coordination, standard venue cleanup, and one on-site event manager)

We know why you’re really here – our one-of-a-kind performances! Imagine trapeze artists in full costume, aerialists suspended above your event, and dazzling feats of acrobatics and artistry that will leave your guests speechless.
World-Class Aerial and Acrobatic Entertainment
Aerial Ambience Package: $1800 (1 hour)
Our talented aerialists will create a unique ambiance for your cocktail hour or dinner, as they dangle, spin, and drop in the background. This package includes three artists rotating through several sets over the course of one hour.
Aerial or Ground Performance: $1800 (5-7 minutes)
Create a true show atmosphere with a solo performance by one of our amazing aerialists or ground performers. Leave all the decisions up to us, or create a customized act just for your event! You can weigh in on the artistry (theme, music, and costume) and apparatus (lyra, silks, rope, cyr wheel, contortion, and more).
Roaming Character Juggler/Juggler/Performer: $840 per hour
Add a dash of excitement to your dinner or cocktail hour with a roaming character, magician, or juggler! This rate includes one artist for one hour of entertainment.
Photo Booth Packages
Treat your guests to the fun and memories of an in-house photo booth!

Reserved parking is available in the following packages:

Net removal
Don’t want the trapeze net in the middle of your party? No problem! We are happy to take it down before or during your event for a flat rate of $300.
Furniture
We have a variety of chairs, stools, sofas, and tables available to rent starting at $10. Full list available upon request.
Audiovisual
We are fortunate to have an array of professional lighting, sound, and video production available in-house, to bring your meeting, celebration, or show to life. Ask us for our full menu of options, including dance lighting, presentation packages, custom color looks, and projection.
