You won’t find another rental venue in Seattle quite like ours! Located in the historic SODO district of Seattle, Emerald City Trapeze Arts boasts nearly 20,000 square feet of functional, flexible and visually stunning gathering space. With a rustic charm all its own, the beautiful post and beam interior transforms from its day-to-day school format into a dazzling event setting. We host holiday parties, product launches, corporate events, and weddings!

Venue Rental Rate

    • Morning Rate (8:00am – 2:00pm): $4600
    • Evening Rate (Sunday – Wednesday | 3:00pm – midnight): $4600
    • Peak Evening Rate (Thursday – Saturday | 3:00pm – midnight): $6000

        • Rental of world-class venue space
        • Exclusive access to viewing balcony with access to bar
        • Includes use of large 600 square foot stage
        • Complimentary tour of venue prior to booking

        • Catering: We work exclusively with award-winning, Blue Ribbon Cooking.
        • Outside catering: Bring your favorite food truck or licensed caterer! (Fee applies)
        • Parking available for select guests (60 spaces available at a rate of $5 / space)
        • Optional: Fully staffed coat check ($50/hour)

Imagine flying trapeze artists in full costume, aerial artists suspended above your event, and circus performers entertaining your guests. Our performers come from world-class athletic backgrounds and will leave your guests speechless.

        • Learn to Fly – Unlimited Flying Trapeze Experience $800 / Hour
          Invite your guests to face their fears, overcome obstacles, and soar to new heights, by adding on an optional activity package.
        • The Flying Trapeze Show: $1550 
          Imagine surprising your guests with a show! Our world-class flyers and catcher will dazzle your guests with high-flying tricks, flips, and daring acts! This adrenaline-packed show features artists in full costume and makeup and includes custom MC, lighting & show music! (15-20 minutes) 
        • Aerial Ambience: $1500 (1 hour) / $1900 (1.5 hours)
          Includes professional aerial artists in full costume and makeup for the performance on alternating apparatus.
        • Aerial Performance: $1000
          Dazzle your guests with an Aerial Performance by one of our incredible artists! (~5 minutes)
        • Cyr Wheel Performance: $1000 – A sensational apparatus – a giant, jaw-dropping hoop! Watch as our Cyr Wheel artist performs daring choreography (~5 minutes)
        • Contortion Performance: $800 – Fascinating acts of flexibility and acrobatics! (~5 minutes)
        • Roaming Character: $700/hour/artist – Add a dash of excitement with our roaming character!
        • Roaming Juggler: $900/hour/juggler – Bring a zest of the circus to your event with talented roaming juggler!

All Bar Packages
Packages are subject to a 20% service charge and Washington State Sales Tax.
Bartenders are $400/100 guests.
Packages include 5 hours of service, recyclable bar/non-glassware, napkins, stir-sticks, ice, water stations, use of 16 cocktail tables (linens and centerpieces not included).

**Corkage Fee: $15/person

**Cash bar is also available for all events.

**Alcoholic Bar Packages are not available for Prom Packages.
