About the Platform Transition

This Spring, SANCA and ECTA will be transitioning out of Amilia, our current class enrollment platform, and into VAMP, a registration platform developed specifically for circus schools. 

This change in registration platforms will also bring changes to our pricing. The new platform passes credit card fees on to the consumer, so if you pay by card, the amount being charged for your classes will increase slightly. To offset this increase, we are bringing down the cost of our 90-minute session classes, the most popular class option on our schedule.

Create Your VAMP Account

As we get closer to the transition we will be building out all of our options in VAMP. If you want to join us and get a head start on creating your new VAMP account, you can do so! Visit this page to create your account with us and start the process.

We will update all new student accounts in VAMP with the information from your current Amilia accounts as part of this transition. Any level prerequisites on your current account will be imported into the new system so that you can continue to sign up for any approved advanced classes. If you have a multipass with us or credit on your account, we will be able to transfer everything over to your new account in VAMP as part of the changeover as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We will be transferring all skill levels, independent training approvals, and rigging approvals into VAMP. To make sure your skill levels are imported in time for enrollment, be sure to set up your VAMP account early!
Yes! Passes will transfer to VAMP and will work for the same classes in the new system. Once we transfer your pass to VAMP, you will be unable to use it in Amilia, so we will be transferring passes after enrollment opens in VAMP. The exact date has not yet been determined, but we will send out information to all current multipass holders about the transition in the coming weeks.
If you have redeemed your gift card in Amilia and the credit is available on your account, that credit will transfer to VAMP. If you have a gift card code that you have not yet redeemed, we recommend that you redeem it before we complete the transition process. Gift cards will still be able to be redeemed after we have completed the transition to VAMP, but redeeming them early will expedite the process.
Yes, just like multipasses and gift cards, credit will be transferred to your new VAMP account. That transfer will happen concurrently with the transfer of multipasses, so if you create your account early, you will still be able to use that credit in Amilia until enrollment opens in VAMP.

Enrollment dates will remain the same and enrollment will continue to start at noon on our enrollment dates. Because the platform functions differently than Amilia, finding your classes and signing up for them will work slightly differently, but we are not changing our enrollment calendar with the change in platform.
Yes, you can! If you want to pay with a check, reach out to our office team in advance of your enrollment.
VAMP supports family accounts, so each family member will have their own profile, but not all family members need to have their own username and login.
All class enrollment will be run through VAMP once the transition completes, so you will need an account to continue taking classes with us. However, we will retain information from Amilia indefinitely, so we can always update your account in the future if you aren’t currently taking classes and do not want to set up an account at this time.
There is no deadline, but we highly encourage you to create your account a few days before you plan to enroll for classes so that we can make sure your information is properly updated. 
We are not making any big changes to our programming with this change to VAMP. All of our usual class and camp offerings will continue to be available.
The base price of most of our classes will not be changing, but the credit card fees that were previously included in the price of the class will now be added on to the cost instead. To offset this, we are reducing the price of our 90-minute session classes, which are our most popular class option, by a similar percentage to most credit card fees.
Yes. You will be prompted to sign a new waiver when you set up your VAMP account and when you sign up for your first class through VAMP if it has not yet been completed. There is no new language in the waiver, it is just being tracked in a new place. 
Any enrollments made in Amilia for activities taking place after our transition to VAMP will be retained. All affected summer camp enrollments, class enrollments, workshop enrollments, etc. will either be transferred to VAMP or retained externally to ensure that everyone who has signed up for an activity will still be able to attend with no impact on their experience!
