Cancellation Policy
We ask for a 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance due 72 hours prior to the event. More than one month out, parties may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Within one month, parties may be rescheduled free of charge and cancellations will forfeit the 50% deposit. Within two weeks, cancellations and reschedules will forfeit the 50% deposit. Within 72 hours, changes and cancellations are not permitted and ECTA will retain the full rental fee.
