Emerald City Trapeze is proud to offer an incredible strength and movement series taught by Chelsea Whalen with the goal of increasing your power, strength, and movement. If you are looking to trim your body, tone your muscles, improve your cardiovascular endurance, explosive strength, and fundamental movements for trapeze, then this is the perfect series for you!
The Strength and Movement series is designed to improve your understanding of muscle movement patterns, body positioning, and breath techniques that will allow you to reach your goals and beyond!
No prior experience is necessary, just a desire and determination to improve. It’s a great way to get fit for summer and to get ready to try new things! Together we will work to track your strength and flexibility improvements throughout the series.
