This all levels workshop will focus on swing mechanics and progressing; 3kick turnarounds and forceout turnarounds; remounting; kill and builds, and conditioning with a focus on positional strength. Incorporating appropriate swing habits into throwing tricks.
Required age: 12+ on the day of the activity
Prerequisites: Students should be working on their swing to attend this workshop.

This workshop focuses intention on a proper layout skill as the foundational cornerstone of throwing more advanced and consistent tricks.

Oftentimes overlooked in classes, this workshop centers attention on the last part of the trick, the RETURN! Emphasis is placed on techniques while working in hands, half turns and other exciting ways to come back to the platform, dropping bars and remounting with style.
