This workshop will help participants start the C-Shaping Journey or dive deeper into the world of waist rolls. In this workshop we will cover floor drills, hammock drills, hipkey roll up progressions, and various other methods to incorporate C-shaping into dynamic movements on rope, straps and silks. Along with C-shaping being AWESOME and one of the most sought after skill sets in aerial training, we also have to be aware of the dangers that come along with it. This workshop will also review these risks and how to avoid injury using drills and exercises that increase mobility and strength of the midbody and hips. Students will walk away with a better understanding of how to incorporate C-shaping into their own practice in order to make continued progress.
Pre-reqs: Completion of any introductory course and working on back balance, front balance, meathook, and beyond.
