If you are looking to trim your body, tone your muscles, improve your cardiovascular endurance, explosive strength, and fundamental movements for trapeze, then this is the perfect series for you!
The Strength and Movement series is designed to improve your understanding of muscle movement patterns, body positioning, and breath techniques that will allow you to reach your goals and beyond!
No prior experience is necessary, just a desire and determination to improve.
Together we will work to track your strength and flexibility improvements throughout the series.
