Just the Climbs:
This amazing hour long class allows you to focus on the technique and strength for climbs. New climbs will be introduced as well as variations on climbs.
Students must be able to:
- Climb to the top of the silk in standard & Russian climbs
- Be able to do 3 straddle ups
Aerial Strengthening:
This class will focus on stamina and strength for more involved tricks and sequences on aerial apparatuses! There will be a combination of ground and aerial exercises.
- Do straddle climbs
- S-wrap
- Pullovers

Saturday:
Just the Climbs 1:30 – 2:30
