Class Breakdown:
- 10-15 min Warm up and Stretching
- 50 min Basic skills and Drills
- 20 min Movement across the wire
- 10-15 min Conditioning/Cool Down
Beginners class: Please bring thick socks or ballet slippers and a water bottle. No street shoes allowed on the wire.
