What: A Perfect Circle, Part II: Aerial Hoop Spins and Sequences
Level: Intermediate to Advanced

This workshop is designed for students with an existing practice on aerial hoop. We will revisit the skills we learned in Perfect Circle Part I with some fresh new choreography for you to chop up into your own recipes. We will also practice flares, meathook leg scales (and other cool stuff!), and generally keep pressing the boundaries of spiral momentum and aerial hoop.

Students are expected to warm up splits and backbends before class, and are encouraged to bring a notebook. No puking.

Prerequisites: Clearance through Meredith Starnes, or having attended Perfect Circle Part I
