Do you love Trampoline? Check out our NEW Advanced Trampoline Class! This class will include a 20 minute warm-up with everyone, as well as a 10-15 minute power training specific to trampoline at the end of the class. The rest of the time will be split between basic exercises that will benefit students at any level, and focus on more individually-adapted skills and exercises depending on their level. This class is also a very good introduction or a complement to the class ‘’Teeterboard’’. We will be working on the trampoline, on the floor, and with specific side stations between our sets on the trampoline.

Advanced Trampoline Class:
Tuesdays from 7:30pm – 9:00pm
