Come learn to roll and spin your way around the Trapeze! In this class you will learn poses, drops, sequences, and flips while gaining the strength and flexibility to make it all look easy.
What to wear: Make sure the backs of your knees are covered and wear a leotard or a shirt you can tuck in.
Pre-reqs: Back balance, 3 pullups, clean pullovers, solid front balance no hands, any turn around ropes except firemans, comfortable working in ropes, ability to do 3-4 moves together.
