Intro. to Dance Trapeze – Sunday, March 25th @ 5:00pm (2-Hours) – $70.00
Take your trapeze skills up a notch! Focuses for this two-hour class include:
– Spinning techniques
– Building sequences
– Dynamic tricks
– Averall aerial shenanigans
Please wear tight fitting clothing with ankles and backs of knees covered
Pre-requisites: basic knee hang and willingness to fail a bit and laugh a lot.
Int./ Adv. Dance Trapeze – Sunday, March 25th @ 3:00pm (2-Hours) – $70.00
Technique and drills for more advanced circles, rolls and balances. Also focuses on dynamic beats, drops and spins – all of this while simultaneoulsy pointing your toes. One word – Magic.
Pre-requisites:
– Single knee hang
– Consistent back balance
– Meathook
– Front hip circles
Please wear tight fitting clothing with ankles and backs of knees covered
Instructor Bio:
Cassie is an aerialist from Los Angeles, CA. She travels the world with her two trapezes, Alice and Ursula. She has worked for Pippin the Musical, Circus Roncalli, and Circus 1903 just to name a few. She specializes in Dance trapeze, bungee trapeze, and duo trapeze, so basically anything “trapeze-like” she is obsessed with.
