This class will increase your stamina, strength, and spatial awareness in the air. We will introduce drops, longer sequencing, and smooth transitions on Silks, Rope, Hoop and Static Trapeze! Learn how to dance in the air!

Prerequisites: Fulfill all requirements for Int. / Adv. level in any apparatus or meet the requirements for Level 3 Silks

Students must be 12 years old or older to participate!
