
Hoop Spins and Mounts (Level 2/3)
Saturday 11/30 | 1:00-2:30
This class is for those hoop students who either love to spin or would like to become more comfortable. Mastery of beginner skills and sold intermediate skills recommended. The class will cover different spin techniques and ways to start spins. Spinning is not required to learn hoop mounts. Ginger chews provided.

Duo Hoop (Level 2/3)
Saturday 11/30 | 2:30pm-4:00pm
This class is aimed at students who have mastered hoop basics and have strong intermediate skills. Students need no previous duo hoop experience and while you can come with a partner it is not required. Students will be paired by similar stature and spin preference. Double knee hang, solid pull-up, straddle-up, and pullover required. Single knee hang, ability to spin, and moderate splits recommended. Willingness to listen and be body aware a must.

Building from Hoop Basics (Level 2/3)
Sunday 12/1 | 1:30pm-3:00pm
Have you mastered hoop basics and want to learn how to use and change them? This class is designed to stimulate creativity and encourage students to develop simple choreography skills. Double knee hang, solid pull-up, straddle-up, and pullover, moderate splits strongly recommended.

Duo Double Slings (Level 2/3)
Sunday 12/1 | 3:00pm-4:30pm
Ready to work with a partner? This class is for students with a solid aerial foundation who would like the opportunity to work on basic duo skills and shapes on double hammock. No previous duo or hammock specific skills required. Pull-up. straddle-up, pullover, moderate splits strongly recommended. Ability to spin recommended but not required.
